Legal Translation

Our primary focus is on the translation of legal documents, information and marketing materials for Texas law firms, to reach that one Texas resident in seven who, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, does not speak English very well. There are now over 100,000 licensed attorneys in Texas, and almost 4,000,000 people of Limited English Proficiency. The top languages  are Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog, German, French, Hindi, Urdu, Korean and Arabic. As a team of translators, linguists and immigrants, we feel a strong commitment to the moral imperative of opening the doors of justice to speakers of all languages. We understand that for small firms especially, investing in translation and related services is a significant expense, but it also uniquely positions the firm to become the default provider for a key, niche population. We can either help you create new materials in your target language, or review and edit your existing materials. Would you like a quick, free evaluation of the translated documents or webpages you currently have? Give us a call!

Certified Translation of Official Documents

If your documents are English/Spanish, English/French or English/Portuguese, we've set up a special online order form to make things faster. For other languages, please submit images of your originals to our email or the quote form found here. We started out in the industry with a heavy focus on these certified translations of official documents, such as birth and marriage certificates, adoption paperwork, death certificates and wills, visa applications packets, etc., and it's still one of our specialties. Because we're located close to the Texas Secretary of State, we're able to prepare translated, certified, notarized, apostilled or authenticated documents for legal use overseas faster than anyone. Our  FAQ page covers certified translation in greater depth.

Translation for Businesses

Our commercial translation projects have spanned a wide range of industries: real estate, banking, hospitals, education, entertainment, beverage, hospitality, etc. Each project is different, but the average order is turned around in the just a few business days for about $50/page. We can translate your materials directly within Adobe Photoshop or InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, and Word, and prepare text for use on websites and then verify that it's displayed correctly after posting.

Non-Profit, School and Government Translation

Our public sector projects have covered universities, public school districts, private schools, churches and other ministries, health and human services, housing programs, public awareness safety campaigns, indigent defense, access to justice programs, courts, etc. Each project is different, but the average order is turned around in the just a few business days and often at a discount for non-profit entities. We can translate your materials directly within Adobe Photoshop or InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, and Word, and prepare text for use on websites and then verify that it's displayed correctly after posting.

Verbal Interpretation

Often informally called "translation," interpretation is the rendering of one spoken (or sign) language into another. We offer interpretation by court licensed Spanish interpreters in the Austin area for depositions, hearings, trials, client meetings and other legal settings. We also offer interpretation by single interpreters and teams, using wireless audio equipment when appropriate, for meetings, seminars, conferences and other events. For those languages and dates we can't cover, feel free to ask for a recommendation to another provider: click here.
